Meet Our 2018 Hanhaga (Senior Staff)!
Uri is joining us for the last summer of his Shlichut in his Executive Director role. He is looking forward to seeing all the smiling faces that fill Mosh and to teach more campers how to fish on Otty Lake!
Eden is incredibly excited to be this year’s Rosh Tarbut (programming & cultural director) with his amazing co, Justin! This will be his 10th summer at camp, and third year as Hadracha (staff). Eden's favourite part of camp is putting on the daily evening shows, performances and activities for our campers. In this position this summer, Eden is excited to create crazy and exciting activities for the whole camp, like the ones that have made him love Mosh and everyone that’s a part of it!
This will be Brit's first summer as Rosh Mosh, and she is looking forward to welcoming all the old and new faces to camp this summer! She has been apart of the Hashomer Hatzair community for 11 years. What she loves most about camp and our community is the loving, open atmosphere which it provides!
Justin feels lucky enough to be this year’s Rosh Tarbut (programming & cultural director) alongside Eden! This will be his 8th summer at camp. Justin's favourite part of camp is each relationship he has formed and will form with so many counsellors and campers. Justin is looking forward to introducing new traditions this year to make the summer extra special!
Ayelet is so excited to be this year’s Rosh Tech! This will be her 13th summer at Camp Shomria, and 4th summer in the Hadracha (staff). Ayelet's favourite memories from camp are the tiyulim (canoe trips) with her kvutza (age group). She's looking forward to rikkud (Israeli folk dancing) on Friday nights, swimming in Otty Lake, and all being a part of the incredible community that she knows will make this summer the best one yet!
Shauna is excited to return to camp for a second summer as Rosh Chinuch (educational leader)! This will be her 11th year at camp (5th year as a member of the hadracha). Shauna is looking forward to have a summer filled with education, community, and fun in nature!
